How does the custom ordering process work (for Holiday cards and Wedding invites)?
A: Once we receive your order, you will be contacted by one of our customer service specialists who will ask you for your custom text, your photo and for your return address. We will email you a proof within 1-2 business days of receipt of your personalized information. Once you approve your proof, your custom order will ship within 5-7 business days.
Can I change or customize any part of the Holiday Card?
A: All graphics and colors will stay as shown on your selected holiday card. The photos, family name and an additional line of text below the family name can be customized (if applicable based on your selection).
What kind of photo do I need to submit for my Holiday Photo Card?
A: All photos must be at least 300 dpi at 4”x6”. Please submit all photos to info@marsupialonline.com, and reference your order number please.
I picked a Holiday Card that has 1 photo, can I submit 2 photos?
A: No, we ask that you only submit the same number of photos as shown on your selected holiday card.
What if I want to send in my text and photo before your designers contact me?
A: You may send the appropriate text, return address and photo(s) to info@marsupialonline.com. Please make sure to reference your ORDER number.
Can I use two Groupons at the same time?
A: No, only one Groupon or special can be used per order per person.
When do I need to place my order to receive by Christmas?
A: Your order must be approved by December 10 in order for us to ship out in time for Christmas delivery. You can also specify how quickly you wish to have your order shipped accordingly. All orders ship from Kent, Washington. We cannot guarantee UPS service in the event of a storm or adverse weather or other natural disasters.
If I want Marsupial to address my envelopes, how to I submit my addresses?
A: Please only use the Marsupial Online Guest Address template. Download template here>>
Email your completed list to info@marsupialonline.com and please make sure to reference your ORDER number. Please do not submit Word documents or your own excel sheet, as we will not be able to process your order properly.
If I want Marsupial to address my envelopes, does that add to my production time?
A: Yes. We are happy to print your addressees names, but this will add approximately 1 business day onto your order.
What is your printing process?
A: All of our cards are digitally flat printed, unless otherwise specified.
